This is one of our menopause collection patches designed by ladies who have lived and are living with the symptoms of perimenopause. We have found that open water swimming is a huge way to give us some relief from the hot flushes, the exhaustion, the pain, the night sweats and brain fog. So we wanted to put some light hearted fun into our swims and patches by producing our freezestrogen patch.
